and a bizarre connection to a famous bounty hunter to boot. What is effectively an entire culture of brothers created just to fight a war, who view themselves as disposable, who are on the "good guys" side no less, who somehow are the everyman in an era of robots and space wizards. The Clones have got to be the most fascinating thing to come out of the series.
but the opening to A New Hope or finding out that the Star Destroyer at the end of Shadows of the Empire is unkillable really make it a memorable vehicle.Ĭlone Troopers > Stormtroopers. I like that the Venator doesn't have the same role story-wise, that the Republic as a whole manages to feel totally different from the Empire despite basically being the same thing. The fact that the ISD outclasses basically everything gives it one hell of a presence. I'm unfamiliar with the Old Republic stuff and the Sequels are a complete joke, meaning it's really just down to the GAR and Empire for me.
